Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Mind Nest.
By downloading, installing, or using Mind Nest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Mind Nest is a mind mapping, note-taking, and study tool. The app stores data locally on your device by default. Premium features including cloud sync, rich export, analytics, knowledge paths, and spaced repetition are available via paid subscription.
Mind Nest Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Mind Nest may offer a free trial period for Premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Mind Nest, including mind maps, notes, and study materials. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
You agree not to use Mind Nest to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Mind Nest is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
We strongly recommend using the backup and export features regularly to protect your work.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Mind Nest at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Your continued use of Mind Nest after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
